About Amy

I love generating ideas.  I easily see the essence and the genius in others.   I create a safe space for experiencing deep emotions and dealing with anything that is keeping you from expressing your creativity and having fulfilling relationships.

Along with other techniques developed over 17 years of collaborating with thousands of individuals, couples and groups, I use a unique, cutting-edge whole brain, whole body, whole heart methods of healing developed by Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks that will allow you to quickly integrate new ways of being.

Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks have been my mentors for the last four years.  I have completed certifications as both a relationship and body centered coach with the Hendricks Institute, completed the Hendricks advanced Leadership and Transformation training and am currently in their Conscious Entrepreneur Program.  I have been trained as a Gestalt therapist, and have degrees in math and economics with a minor in art, an MBA and a masters in as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Magna cum Laude, from Christian Theological Seminar and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

My best credentials my be my wonderful children who have each found their own unique path in the world and still love me and each other.  My greatest compliment came from my youngest daughter who said, “You let each of us be ourselves.”  I also love to garden, hike, cook, practice yoga and spend time with friends and great food and great conversation.
